Ms. Alisha Radjkoemar, as a representative of the eight participating artists, made a brief speech. "The theme of this exhibition is a healing journey through mountains and waters, and indeed it was a healing and it is still a healing journey. While the world is still struggling with the pandemic, we somehow try to connect and balance minds with nature… we were in an era of old masters from China, where everything was pure and simple, silent and sincere." She also expressed her special gratitude to Mr. Zhou Lesheng, the instructor of the course, “ He has brough a part of traditional Chinese painting to the Netherlands and he has made us a part of this rich legacy."
